Hermine is EE Capital's assistant for people Andrea invites. This page says, in plain words, what she can see and what happens to it.
What Hermine can access
Only what you connect on your Hermine dashboard:
- Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, for each Google account you add, with the parts you choose for that account.
- Montagnes D'Or chalet data, signed in as you.
- Your WhatsApp messages with Hermine.
How it is used
Hermine uses this data only to do what you ask her, for you. She asks you first before she sends, books, changes or deletes anything you did not tell her to.
Where it is kept
On EE Capital's own servers in Amazon Web Services, Singapore region. Each person's Hermine runs separately, with its own data, and cannot see anyone else's.
What we never do
Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties and never used for advertising.
Google data
Hermine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting and deleting
- Remove a Google account from your Hermine dashboard at any time.
- Or revoke Hermine's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- To delete everything Hermine holds for you, ask Andrea.
